Close to the harbor for the ferries to Italy and Corfu, this hotel is extremely convenient for travelers like myself. The location is also great as it is close to the city center, making it easy to explore. The staff at this hotel are very kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure guests have a pleasant stay. The rooms are basic but clean, and the beds are comfortable.

No negative aspect to mention, everything was fine.

A pretty decent hotel with friendly staff, a very tasty cuisine with traditional greek recipes and a good value for money. Rooms were clean and comfortable, restaurant had low prices with cozy atmosphere and fresh, tasty greek food. The location of the hotel is very close to the local market for shopping and to other facilities of the city.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find a delicious meal waiting for us at 1am. The owner even personally picked us up from the ferry and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel provided good value for money and had clean rooms. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great value and exceptional service.

It is a flea pit and despite the mozzie zapper (if you can find a power socket that works) I was bitten alive all night it took me a whil to get the fridge to work as well as the mozzie zapper. When I went down in the morning 7.30 no one was there all locked up tight so I could not pay by cash (to save the exchange rate fee) when I left for my ferry 8.30 still no one there and when I got up in the morning I stepped into a puddle of water, the shower room floor slopes the wrong way and slowly drains into the room

Staff were very friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was very good but a little expensive. We used the hotel as a stopover before catching the ferry to Venice early in the morning, as it was too early for the breakfast, the staff made us some excellent sandwiches to take instead.

Room was basic and needed repairs to fixtures and fittings, toilet seat was detached and curtains were hanging off the rail, from a safety point one of the electric sockets had no cover and exposed bare electrical connections. When we left early in the morning at 0630 the reception was locked and there were no staff on duty, we had to leave the key in the door of the room.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was excellent - we got so much more than what we paid for. Secondly, the location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from the town square yet surprisingly peaceful. Lastly, the staff were incredibly attentive, answering all our questions and providing helpful advice. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep and the breakfast was top-notch - we even enjoyed the freshest orange juice of our entire trip.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was faultless.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in recommending places to visit around the area and personally drove me to the bus station so that I could catch the bus. The hotel was good value. Would stay there again, and would recommend.

The wifi didn't work, but they had computers that were free for use.

Friendly hosts, Greek spirit and hospitality, clean, stable and fast wifi, helpful travel advice, old-fashioned style.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull,the rooms clean and the location only 5 minutes from port and beach. I enjoyed very much traditional food and I was glad to have access to internet all day long. I was pleased and surprised when the owner of the hotel played us the saxophone during the evening!!!

I had a fantastic stay at Stavrodromi! The location was perfect for catching the ferry, and there were plenty of bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The hotel had a charming old-fashioned style, and the owner was always happy to answer my questions and provide helpful advice. I loved that they were friendly towards animals too. I highly recommend this hotel for a value-for-money, well-located stay.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the breakfast was nice. You can also use their computer with the internet. It is a great hotel to stay in for one night during the travel.
